Dr. Fernandez only caters to Spanish speaking clients. If you are not Spanish especially African American, do not bother. Find another pediatrician. I am a professional African American women with 2 children who only visit the doctor once a year for their yearly checkup. In my experience, Dr. Fernandez waiting room is over crowded due to over scheduling of patients. The nursing staff is extremely disrespectful to english speaking clients. Also, the nursing staff push the Spanish speaking patients ahead of non Spanish speaking patients which leads to 2-3 hours wait to see the doctor. I do not recommend this doctor for any person who is not Spanish. We now have a pediatrician that treats her patient equal.
