Lake Recharge & Fire Equipment

I have tried for a week solid to contact this company and they never seem to answer the phone.

I am absolutely APPALLED by this company. Nancy sat in my office waiting to speak with me about trying to get our business, but I was on the phone. She decided to GLARE at me through my office window because I was busy at the time and she did not bother to schedule an appointment. The next day I received a very RUDE phone call from her husband Marty Graham telling me all the things he believed to be wrong with our fire alarm. I turned him down as we are extremely happy with Cintas and highly recommend them. Not one hour later the local fire chief shows up in my office stating that they received an annoymous tip that our fire alarm was not up to code. After an inspection it was found to be in tip top safe and operating perfectly. Thanks for wasting my time Lake Recharge and proving that you have no idea what you are doing. It shows the lack of class on both Nancy and Marty Graham's part to stoop as low as trying to call in a fake code violation. DO NOT USE THEM!!
