Boats by Moats

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! The owner, Cindy Moats, is a fraud. None of the photos that she shows you of "her work" is hers. She charged us $900 for custom boat window treatments that were not only the wrong style, but not measuresured correctly, threaded wrong, not functional in anyway and were nothing short of a total disaster. When she came to look at them said, that is what we asked for and there was nothing she could do. Then told us she would meet us to refund at least half of the $900 deposit and return the original Carver Yacht shades she threw out in her garbage without asking permission to do so. She never showed up as promised and has been avoiding phone calls ever since. Terrible business ethic, customer service and no design skills at all.
