I ordered a medium pizza--1/2 Hawaiian and 1/2 black olive and mushroom.When I got home I discovered that the Hawaiian portion was cheese.I called customer service and she told me that since I ordered it at the store--she would connect me to the store. She connected me to the wrong store. I had to recall customer service--She told me that she would connect me to0 the correct store. I have been waiting for the correct store to pick up for 14 minutes and 52 seconds.I am now going to go back to the store.

This was one of the worst and most expensive pizzas I have ever eaten. The sauce, the crust, even the mozzarella are very low quality. I do not understand how they justify the price for the low quality.
Handed me a 6 hour old Pizza showing the time it was ready at 12:00PM and I order a new pizza at 6:00PM I guess they didn't have time to bake a new pie? Looking at the reviews of this particular location something tells me they need to clean house and employ new people that have better customer service skills. I attached photos of the sticker with the time and the unappetizing pizza as proof as they had told a representative I submitted the feedback to that they baked a fresh one, they even had the audacity to lie. If you want Papa Johns drive the extra few miles to a different location, this store is not worth it.
Don't buy from this place ordered 2 x larg with extra cheese and some toppings for delivery and it took them 45 minutes and after 30 minutes of me waiting I called and the rude girl told me there's people ahead of you your not the only one ordering today and hung up. And I did not get extra cheese and the pizza and Wings were cold like they were sitting for 30 minutes

I ordered a pizza which came with no sauce on it. While I was of course disappointed, I just sent in a comment about it. Little did I know that I would become very ill within an hour of eating just two slices. How do you mess up something as simple as a pepperoni pizza unless you consciously know an ingredient has gone bad or you're not being clean. Proceed with caution on this store, I'll never being ordering from there again.

The manager came over and said we ordered the double dough and that's how it is, it's not cooked all the way. So if you like raw pizza and/or don't plan on finishing the cooking at home. I wouldn't order double dough in house. The waiter apologized over and over and was embarrassed.
