The Bicylce Company

I had a bad experience with an internet shop called performancebike.com, I ordered an access bike which is their featured bike brand, the bike was good but whoever put it together (all the shop stuff, cranks, etc.) did a poor job. The site blamed the manufacture, as a customer I bought the bike from them not the manufacture. Long story short they contacted the accesses people and weeks went by before I could ride again, only to find out the new parts did not fit my bike. When the good people at the Bicycle Company heard, they did what they could to put the bike back as best as they could and they did not charge me. Inevitably I had to send the bike back and bought a Trek Gary fisher model from a man named Chris. You dont get better customer service and prices then the people at Bicycle Company.
