These people came into my home to fix a plumbing issue. They pulled our whole wooden over the toilet shelving system out of the wall and left it sitting on the bedroom floor. They never asked us if it could be removed. They left the holes in the wall, and cracked our sliding shower door in the process. I contacted Raymond regarding the damage they did and he stated explicitly that it was against their policy to remove any shelving, but would not repair ours, stating that if he sent anyone out " we would have to pay for the reinstall". Willie stated "we are plumbers not contracters." They would not return to repair the damage done and have not responded to BBB complaints. Terrible business. I would recommend everyone to avoid them at all cost.

Contracted through my home warranty. They called me the same day and dispatched a unit to us in 2 hours. No issues with personnel.

Called them yesterday late afternoon told them my water heater broke. They came the very next morning and replaced my water heater within 2 hrs. Everything is great! I would highly suggest them!!
