Domino's Pizza

Perhaps in 2005, when the reviews listed below were submitted, the employees were all smiles and eager to please. In December, 2013, the employees were truculent and condescending. After picking up our order, we arrived home to find buffalo wings had been substituted with something else. Since we had ordered this item, I called them and told them I was coming back to return the items. When I asked for a complimentary pizza to make up for the inconvenience, they said "Sure!" By the time I got there, I guess their "manager" didn't want to ante up with the medium pizza he promised me over the phone- and so I had to settle for getting my order straight and a mere bottle of Dr. Pepper for all of my extra inconvenience due to their mistake. Better check your order twice before accepting your order!
