Three weeks ago I went there and talked to a lady named cindy about a disabled friendly apartment for my disabled wife and 1 year old baby. she promised this apartment to us as long as we had a co signer which was my mother. throughout the following weeks she re assured us that it was 100 percent ours to move into so we stopped our apartment search with comfort knowing we had a home to go to once our lease was up. when we came in day before yesterday to sign our lease cindy said she gave our disabled friendly apartment to a nurse and roommate who was not disabled because she claimed that my mother wasn't going to sign a year lease when that was not the case at all, it was a misunderstanding that cindy failed to correct. we needed this apartment so my wife could be independent and I could work to support my wife and child. I was upset of course because we just became homeless. cindy with a smile gave us phone numbers to low income housing and commented that we wouldn't even be able to afford food if we lived there anyway. now we are stuck in an apartment where I have to be home 24/7 with no way to make money. bella estancia really hurt us in the worst ways and became very snobbish to us.i wanted to protest outside in a legal fashion so everybody would know the story but I cannot keep my baby and wife out in the sun and nobody to watch them if I did alone. on top of that we are threatened with arrest by her courtesy officer if we are even one foot on private property even though that would leave my wife and kid helpless.
