Purchased masquerade masks and tool for my daughters Quinceanera. Korean lady was pleasant and even showed us how to make a bow. Unfortunately, once you leave they become rude! I called to see about exchanging (not returning) masks and tool for a particular color because of a color change, I was told basically sorry no can do. Sad I spend a good amount id money and had shopped there before so I will continue go back to using my other company to future purchases. Even refused to let me speak to owner to try to exchange, she said no and refused to give me her name. Not good customer service!
