The company evolved into Blackburn Drainage and Construction in 1984 and Incorporated in 2004. Blackburn Drainage and Construction, Inc is a family-owned and operated underground construction company specializing in septic system installation and repair throughout San Diego County. Our trained professional staff will work quickly and safely to get your old system running again or your new system installed.
