While working to replace boards on my boat dock I fell onto the metal frame using my face to stop my fall. I was seen by Jackie who was very thorough and compassionate. As soon as she finished her examination she ordered a CT scan and tetanus shot because the metal bar was very rusty. The CT showed a fractured eye socket and jaw. This injury and CT scan occurred on Wednesday and they were able to get me an appointment with Dr Swanson on Friday to allow time for the swelling to stabilize. I was thrilled with the speed and care I received at Prompt care. The CNA that took my vitals could not have been better. The lady at the front desk was also very caring and got me in to see the Dr as soon as she could. I would not hesitate to make Prompt Care as my regular physician group if I live here full time but I live and work an hour away. Prompt care you have won my admiration and most sincere appreciation.
