This company is a lying con artist who absconded with thousands of dollars from clients they lied to and mislead. DO NOT TRUST THIS COMPANY!!!
AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!! You will be told any number of things, but I can assure that the majority will be deliberately false. Neil does not have multiple crews, nor does he even have employees to speak of. The one employee we encountered during the job, was not compensated for the work he did and left. Neil then brought another individual in to complete work and again did not pay him. We have now had to cover those costs, for work he completed working under Neil. By the way that is the only work that was completed on this job. We hired Neil to complete a remodel on our home and he abandoned the job before the work was completed. We spent over $8000 on this remodel and we are left with walls and ceiling that are half painted. The quality of the work is so poorly done and caused damage to the walls and hardwood flooring, we will now have to strip the paint off and repaint, patch and repair walls, as well as refinish/replace flooring to correct what he did. Over $2000 worth of supplies has been wasted and/or misused which we will now have to repurchase to do our remodel. Trash was left thrown on our front porch and carport, for which we have to pay for dumpster to be delivered. The list continues as to all the damage and deliberate conduct that occurred, which left us with a house that is in worse shape than when Neil started. We are unable to move in, and now have to come up with a minimum of $4000 to complete enough work that we are able to move in.
They were on time, very professional, I have over 20 rental properties and they came and did full phase remodeling. Including new siding, soffit, windows, etc. The work was started in February 7th 2017 and was completed in May 17th 2017. They are very good at the professionalism that they do. I'd definitely recommend them to anyone. Hand up experience was a great one. I would of posted this last month but I forgot I've been dealing with my dad he's battling cancer.
Concerned... All but one the reviews were written on the same day, the same month the reviewer joined. Also grammar errors run consistent. If you read the longest review it says me and my wife, later in the review it says me and my husband, WHAT??? I smell something fishy!!!!
Neil did a few different jobs for me and they did an excellent job! I'd recommend them to anyone needing work done. They are very professional and get the job done in a timely manner.
Neil came highly recommended from a family friend and he and his crew didn't disappoint , my wife and I host quite a few family events yearly and decided to do some renovations to our current space. We had them replace our old 10'x15' outside deck with a beautiful huge 20'x30' deck and awning. Very professional in every aspect and the work was top quality . We in return will be recommending his services as they were to us zero complaints this way. Can't wait to have the family over to show it off and have a good time with the new space. I contacted Flach contracting after a very long and sttenuous process of trying to get my mom's trailer floors redone. Several other companies pushed me off but the owner of this one, Neeil, was quick to respond and get to work. Their quote was over $100 less than any other contractor and they were able to squeeze us in immediately. Within Two Days, the entire floor was redone from subflooring to new hardwood. I am do very pleased with taking a chance on this company!
Let me explain that I've never seen a professional construction crew as more professional as these guys. I called Neil because I needed work done. Me and my wife wanted our home remodeled. We wanted to choose a variety of colors for paint, and also we wanted a complete redo. They are amazing at the work they do. They are very polite,. They know how to make there customers have a smiling face. Production is important and these guys know just that. They gave us a deadline of about how long it would take and they stuck to there word. We had new bathroom fixtures installed,. A new shower/tub surround and also a new tub installed,. New vanitys. A double sink, new toilet, and new flooring,. They also chose a color that both me and my husband agreed upon. They make being a home owner so much easier. There to the point and don't slack off. Some contractors collect a check and take days even weeks to come back and finish the work. Not this company. They are very persistent and I couldn't believe how reasonable there labor rates are. We will be contacting Neil to set up a appointment for having a new roof installed and also finishing our basement for the spring. Neil and his crew came into my home. They were very professional and really know there stuff. You can tell my professional courtesy and how if a contractor will rip you off or not. He has one a professional crew. They get to the point and don't mess around. They are very good at the work they do. They know exactly know to accomplish a task the first time they do the job. They are kind and very polite. In overall I had a great contractor in my home. Me and my husband were very pleased at the professionalism. We had our home painted,.
