Our massage therapists, Kathy and Laura, have a combined 57 years of specializing in injury recovery and stress-reduction therapy. We are licensed by the State of Colorado and are Active status members of the American Massage Therapy Association. We are competent, proficient and knowledgeable in our applications of Neuromuscular Therapy, Myofascial Release, Deep Tissue, and Trigger Point Therapy, all of which individually aid in the release of chronic patterns of muscular tension and restrictions. Services include: Acute and chronic muscle pain relief, easing post-operative pain and swelling, reducing scar tissue, injury recovery, and stress reduction. And unlike some spas and other massage studios, we offer you a full 60- or 90-minutes of our time; you will not receive a 50 minute "hour" with us!
