Take 2 Video-Photo Productions

The problem with Take2 is that they are the only ones allowed to take photos at the dance competition so they can charge what they want and they can take their sweet time. I wouldn't mind the delay in the photos arriving if they were accurate. However, the last photo I received had stamped in the top corner that the competition was in New Jersey....WOW how'd that happen? We live in Texas. I will say that the person answering the phone tried to remedy the situation immediately. (Thus the 2 stars instead of 1) I think this will be the last time I get more than the photo CD. At least with that I can walk away with it in my hand.

Poorly organized, and slow to respond to customers. Have spoken to many customers who received the wrong material, had said material lost or damaged, or received their items months after ordering, or never. Photography quality is average to sub-par.
