        THIS PLACE SUCKS!

        THE CAKE I PURCHASED FROM THIS BAKERY IN 2009, WAS DISGUSTING AND GRITTY. WHEN I COMPLAINED THINKING THAT SINCE I HAVE BEEN A CUSTOMER FOR OVER TEN YEARS AND THIS WAS MY FIRST COMPLAINT. YOU WOULD THINK THEY WOULD HAVE WELCOMED THE CHANCE TO WOW ME AS A CUSTOMER AND FIX MY ISSUE. NOT.. INSTEAD THEY IGNORED NUMEROUS CALLS AND EMAILS. WHEN PRESENTED TO THE OWNER, HE TOO SWEPT IT UNDER THE RUG. THIS PLACE HAS LOST TOUCH WITH CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PLEASING THEIR PATRONS. I WILL NEVER PURCHASE A CAKE OR ANYTHING ELSE FROM HERE AGAIN. I HAVE FRIEND OUT OF STATE WHO PATRONIZE THIS BUSINESS, NOT ANYMORE. THIS PLACE DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS CHARGING $75 TO $100 FOR CAKES THAT CONTAIN ROTTEN FRUIT.. BE WARE OF THIS PLACE. THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO BE CALLED ON THEM.
