Made three claims so far and each time the representatives who helped me were so kind, and patient. I submitted hot water heater problem online at 6:27 pm and had a response in less than 15 min my claim had been submitted and sent to local plumber. I was contacted next morning by the plumber and he fixed my problem in less than 45 minutes. 365 Home Warranty company is so easy to deal with and has always sent highly qualified repair people to get the job done. Very satisfied!!

We have purchased this home warranty premium from 365 Home Warranty because the home we purchased was a bit older and we weren't sure how the appliances would hold up. As we expected, few week ago, our water heater broke right after we moved in. We felt lucky that we had our home warranty company to reach out to. They answered the call in the first ring itself and they were very patient to listen all my queries. The technician was excellent. He contacted me within an hour to follow up and set up day and time. No issues and no complaints. 100% satisfied with the service provided and will highly recommend!

I have used 365 Home Warranty nearly 2-3 times. It has saved me hundreds of dollars! They were on time, very clean and courteous. I'm always impressed at how quickly they respond and how much respect is shown for the current problem on hand. Highly recommended!

When they are trying to get you to buy the service, they will tell you anything you want to hear. Then when you need the plan. You find out the truth. The plan is a rip off, only covers $500 per claim - 75 service fee - diagnosis fee of technician. At most the plan will cover $425 per claim. They will not tell you this ahead of time. Beware, steer clear.



My washer has to be replaced , they are to cover approximately $300 . What washer can you buy for that?



My sump pump was mis diagnosed at issue. The total can to $779, thus I had to come out of my pocket with $354. Rip off. The actual company is not 365 it is something called TMI Solutions.



Be Aware

Well, a week ago someone broke my dishwasher in my home and I was so frustrated. I thought I would go through a long wait for service to fix this. No!! Not 365, they were polite and understood how important a service experience is. They were unable to fix it, so they replaced it just like that. You guys rock!! Simply the best!!

I am so relieved that I chose 365 home warranty. I called them up when I had a broken washing machine, they responded immediately. They gave me technical support to determine the issue and were at my home the next day and had done the repair in three hours.
