We were told by our customer(s) that there was a harsh posting put on Google/yellow pages/yahoo. and has been there well over two years, Our customers at Tech Spot stated we should respond to this post informing the public that this person is either a computer tech themselves or a person who has nothing better to do than to leave harsh comments on companies. We at Tech Spot apologize for this misinformed comment left two years ago, many of our customers have found us on Google search and have been very happy with our customer service including turnaround time. We freely give consultations (advice) on any issues any customer may be experiencing. Our Google search customers clearly stressed we respond to this posting. Tech Spot has very satisfied customers and our Google Customers specifically informed us to respond to this post in our defense. 1st of all let me START BY saying I love TECH SPOT. High level quality from services to consultations, a free consultation is given to every customer & TECH SPOT goes by strict appointments I like this company all I have to do is call & make an appointment with their answering service! They literally work around my schedule & I’ve taken all my computers to TECH SPOT including my business computers for computer repair services (9) computers so far & we have had zero complaints! TECH SPOT is honest about their services I like how they do not butter up anything, if its fixable it’s fixable if it’s to old they will not charge you to tell you it’s best to replace the computer with newer one! TECH SPOT pricing is the best in my honest opinion, $40 VIRUS REMOVALS & THATS REMOVING ALL MY VIRUSES & THEY INCLUDE THE ANTIVIRUS PROGRAMS FOR ME TO KEEP. I’ve never had to pay above $100.00 dollars for any major repairs done at TECH SPOT imagine paying under a hundred bucks that’s with major repairs like reinstalling windows 7 or windows vista operating system & they give you FREE antivirus programs to protect me from viruses & they register your Microsoft windows operating system!! They even saved all my pictures & documents & videos at no additional charges, ALL UNDER $100.00 BUCKS. Did I mention TECH SPOT also gives 2months warranty on all repair work, the best part is not only do I have a 60day warranty on all repairs done at tech spot I love how all my computers run better & faster than when I purchased them new. I don’t understand zack247’s complaint on the company & what’s interesting is why zack247 goes back a 4th time for questions or for any computer repair? I think that’s a false review because I’ve never met with their staff & it’s a 1 on 1 Free consultation with a TECH so if that’s the case I’ve called (9) times & set up (9) appointments & I’ve never met the staff other than only seeing different TECHS attend to my issues. Heads up Tech spot you have jealous competition.

I have been to Tech Spot 3 times before my most recent visit. The owner of the establishment was belligerent and rude. I have never been treated so unprofessional and disrespectful by an establishment. I asked him a question regarding my computer and it was as if I offended him with my question. He started to yell at me and while his employees were trying to calm him down and apologize to me, he started belittling them. I have never felt more uncomfortable and in fear for my life than I have at TECH SPOT. This is just a review for any of you guys wondering, I already let the better business bureau know about this unprofessional, and dangerous establishment. I feel so sorry for his staff.
