Be careful buying a used vehicle from Cunningham's in Edinboro. They will paint over rusty and rusting out areas without fixing them and tricking you into thinking you are getting a nice vehicle. Mine failed the inspection only 6 months after buying it due to rust holes thru the body. They will paint over rusty and rusting out areas without fixing them first. I should have checked better but fell for the trick and bought a 'nice looking' Caravan in Oct. 2010. the only rust visible then was some surface rust underneath where you would expect it. By April 2011 rusty areas on the hood, driver and passenger doors, rocker panels, and around the wheel wells had rusted back thru the paint. There are rust holes through the rocker panels into the body and there is a rust hole through the front of the hood. It failed inspection only 6 months after getting it from them. Now it looks terrible and I have to spend a lot of money on body work.
