Bug Off Stucco-Home Mntnc

Being in the service industry I generally allow contractors ample time to resolve a pending issue. I have tried multiple times to have these guys come back to repair the cracks that have appeared all around my house for two months. The typical response has been we are too busy right now and for the past couple of weeks the owner of the company does not even respond. They restuccoed my house back in 2015 and when I asked about the warranty, Patrick Hitchcock the owner of Bugg Off Stucco told me “Kenny, we are neighbors, all you have to do is call me and I’ll just stop by”. This is to a degree my fault, since I failed to ask what actions he would take to remedy the problem. I intend to report this to Better Business Bureau so that other don’t fall for the “Our Family Serving Yours” marketing propaganda. In my mind customer service begins when the customer has a problem with the service or the product. Before that it’s nothing more than an empty promise.

In less than a year the stucco cracked really bad and the wall is leaning on one area. Chunks of stucco falling off in the corners. I had Patrick come back and he started patching it up and said he would come back the next day to color match the work. He never came back. The patch work has fallen off the wall since then. We have been talking for several months were he claims he was coming but had been busy. Now he doesn't even answer my calls. Very poor work. Please ask for refrences. I failed to check on his work. Since then, I have met several people in the area very unhappy with his work!
