I recently did business with Kingersons and I found them to be very professional and had a lot of experience in the mini split field. My part was VERY hard to find because of it's age but I worked with Nathan on the phone and with part numbers and photos was able to track down the inside fan I needed. He did not have to go through the trouble he did but he did it anyways for me the customer and for that I thank him the part was critical . The part was shipped out the same day ( I know because I followed it on Fed Ex till it hit my doorstep). Thanks Guys I would recommend them to anyone.

Bought a Mitsubishi split system, arrived on time and the system works great! They were very professional over the phone and helped us make the right decision with our choice. Finally our house is cool and this unit is very energy efficient. I would recommend this company to my friends and family.

Researched several companies online, by far Kingersons is the best I found. They helped me with making the right choice, product was shipped as promised within 24 hours, delivery arrived with well-packaged split system. Everything went smooth and I love my air conditioner. My experience with this company was first rate. I randomly happened upon them while searching for a product. Once I landed on their site, the experience was top notch. The price was competitive compared to other vendors on the web selling the same product. I did some searching on the web for competitive pricing.

When I entered the information for my order, I forgot to add the correct accessories. Customer service caught this immediately and called me and helped change my order for the right parts needed for installation. This level of attention to detail was really appreciated.
