Edgewater Towing towed my ex husbands motorcycle after a deadly accident. The only people at first that was allowed in was the investigators. Once they finished their job, only the insurance company and next of kin were allowed to see the bike. Next of kin was supposed to show a death certificate, which we did not have yet so we asked the investigator to call them and let them know we don't have the certificate yet but would like to view the bike that day. Tow company said yes we can come. We were there within 1 hour of his call.

When we got there, the motorcycle was taken apart (completely different from the pictures the tow company took when they bought it to their bay. We went into the office and told the girl there that things were missing off the bike. She told us "someone" claiming to be his wife was there the day before. We asked for the death certificate she had to show and she said she must have accidently thrown it away. Weird right?

This has caused the family much pain and anguish. We did get a couple of the items back because we knew who pretended to be his "wife". Not the point tho. Edgewater really screwed up... we told a couple of the officers and they told us it was a civil matter and agreed completely that Edgewater Tow Company did a lot of things wrong. Unfortunately, we cannot find a lawyer who feels this case is worth the trouble. We will never be at peace with what they did. It's despicable.

I have always had a positive experience at Myrons but the most recent visit was not so positive. I had my tires rotated. I was asked if i had any issues like shimmys etc. which i did not. After waiting a rather long time my car was finally ready. The cost was $44.00!. When i asked i was told that the tires were also balanced. When i told them i didnt need nor ask for that, the owner said he got tired of people bringing their cars back and complaining of issues when their tired just needed to be balanced, so he just started to have all customers get balanced with tire rotations.
It is my opinion that unless its requested , it shouldnt be done. At the very least inform the customer that this is the policy and what the cost will be so a customer can make their own decision. Providing a costly service without first informing a customer is not appropriate

Integrity and honesty is my wonderful experience recently when I came to Myron's regarding a situation with my van. He could have easily try to sell me like all corporate companies but his personal touch did what no large profit driven company does.

If you are looking for an honest mechanic this is your place.

I brought my husbands ford ranger in for a brake job and a safety check. They were prompt on the job and while doing the safety check found that my husbands serpentine belt was cracked. They replaced it also and I can tell you that the prices were reasonable and every one was very nice. I would recommend them for anything. The breaks are working great and I also brought my car in cause i kept having a dead battery, found out my battery needed swapped out. It has ran great since.

The lady on the phone was rude and arrogant from the beginning. The likes to assume. When people assume the make mistakes that they never account for so that should tell you don't stop here.

Brought in my Audi, paid $500 for repairs and not an hour down the road my engine exploded because my coolant was leaking into my engine. Was not sure that was suppose to happen after having it serviced. Staff is rude and unprofessional.

A BIG Thank you to the crew of Edgewater Towing! My family and I were on our way back from vacation and found ourselves broken down on the side of the highway. Through our insurance we were connected with Edgewater Towing. Although our insurance company failed to express our required payment method, Edgewood Towing still performed the service and got us back on the road.
