I was going through a stressful, confusing, uncertain of what I needed to do to protect myself time after being rear ended. Insurance companies scared me and I could not afford major medical bills if they took advantage of me like people say most insurance companies do because they don't want to pay. I wrote down all the symptoms and what ive been having trouble with so I wouldn't forget any when I was asked, I took pictures like they asked, and took the time to gather what was needed. Not only was I insulted over writing them down, which made me feel stupid, but Norman Hobbie continued to make me feel like I was a liar and then made fun of one of the jobs I once held. I have no idea why Norman would be rude, interrupt me over and over again, and then walk out in the middle of my sentence when I started to explain how I was more confused and worried after fraud lawyers were soliciting me saying I should see certain doctors and then build a case. Was sad to be treated like that.
