All about the money. Overcharged me (my opinion) for a defective "brand new" Delta faucet that leaked. When I called him back, since it was more than 30 days later, I was charged hundreds more to replace the "defective" faucet with another brand new faucet. I mean, it was my fault to allow myself to be overcharged for the original faucet, but since it was defective, I feel that its replacement should not have cost me anything, especially since he chose the faucet to use. I should have bought a $5 washer kit and taken the $600 to the Sands. Will not be using Long's again. Not because of plumbing skills, but because of their unwillingness to satisfy the customer in order to make as much money as possible. Buyer beware!

They did a good job with difficult problem left by previous home owner. They surveyed the symtoms and found a covered up leak in ceiling.Suggested that home owners insurance may cover some of the cost. Solved the problem and helped with the cost. Good job!

Says they charge by the job then turns around and charge by the hour. Lack of respect for the customer and threatens to not honor work on past jobs that was separate. If they say they will do something get it in writing or you will never get it done. Will never do business with this company again.

Great courtesy service. Mr. Long provides excellent service and customer care. He will walk you through all aspects of the work being done. I will absolutely call Longs Plumbing again.
