After requesting "Will Call" delivery, two deliveries were made automatically. After the first, I called and requested -again- that the account be put on "Will Call". Still, an automatic delivery. After a two month "conversation", the company agreed to purchase back the amount of the second automatic delivery as it was above requirements. CSR admitted the account notes indicated the past problem of not switching to "Will Call".



I paid the account balance and closed the account. But, received another bill a month ago. I called and made sure they closed the account. AS of today (9/25/08), we received another bill. This can and probably is affecting our credit rating.



STOP BILLING US. CLOSE THE ACCOUNT. CORRECT ANY "PAST DUE" NOTICES.
