Very poor customer service Essentially non communicative. Does not answer texts or emails and leaves you hanging............ Made a major error in the pinning of our foundation. I feel that although he is a smart guy, he held up our project for months.

HE WILL TAKE YOUR DEPOSIT, NEVER DO THE WORK.
I am suing him for $1,500 he stole from me.
All I needed was an updated survey, and he never did it
