UPS

The phone number is a joke. I have tried several times over several days to call (717) 560-6620 and no one answers. According to the tracking detail provided by UPS, my item has been in East Petersburg for 7 days and has yet to be delivered. Every day for the past 6 work days the update says it will be delivered by end of business today. Of course the only other phone number available is an 800 # and a non-native to American speaking person says the package is lost. I am furious that the company who originally sent the product is now sending another package and it is not their fault! Where is the accountability of UPS? I would much rather hear from the location close to me that they will look into it....rather than some yahoo from who knows where telling me it is lost.
