        Rocket Boy Cat Sitting is the new name of Furry Friends Pet Sitting, and the logo is based on my beloved boy, Mr. Mooch, who I had to say goodbye to in August of 2018. Mooch was about 19 years old, and the best thing that ever happened to me. I always called him my little "Rocket Boy". Since 2009, through Furry Friends Pet Sitting, I have provided professional and loving pet care throughout parts of Western Massachusetts. While I of course still love our canine friends and still provide dog walking service when scheduling allows, I have considered the idea of creating a more cat-centric service for a considerable time, and with the passing of my boy, it seemed like the ideal way and time to honor his wonderful memory. ​ By working with a professional cat sitter, your cats won't experience the anxiety of going to a strange place or run the risk of illness. They will receive the same level of care that you would give them, and you will have the peace of mind that comes with knowing your cats are being cared for by an experienced caregiver in a familiar environment - their own home. ​ I am bonded, insured, and American Red Cross pet first aid certified.

        Peace of Mind

        I am so grateful for Mark. I know that my dogs will get a kind visitor while I am at work twice a week. He gives them exercise and love. What more could a dog ask want? Also, I am a veterinary technician, so I would not trust just anyone with my dogs. I know many pet-sitters and dog walkers -- Furry Friends is my #1 choice. I have recommended Mark to many clients of our clinic, and they have all been very pleased.
