The Carriage House

Loss of a loved one is difficult. Finding a florist that guided me through the process of selecting a special tribute was so appreciated. The designer incorporated some of my Aunt's favorite hankies into the arrangement! The result was beautiful, dignified and a unique reflection of the "lady" my Aunt prided herself as being. I was so pleased with not only the result, but also the process. Thank you Carriage House, this kind of service is hard to find. You have a loyal customer for life.

The Carriage House has always taken excellent care of my needs. Their designs are second to none and always stand out. The staff has always been very helpful and has gone above and beyond my expectations. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

Do not do business with this florist. Find someone else. I placed an order online for a dish garden to be delivered for Mother 19s Day and on Saturday afternoon they sent me an email cancelling my order saying that they has stopped taking orders for Mother 19s day. When I called Monday (because I could not get a hold of anyone when I got the email) to try and clear up the situation, the staff was rude and short with me. They told me I should have called in the order and that if I had done that I would have know that they were not taking any more orders. WHY DO YOU HAVE A WEBSITE THEN! I requested that they deliver the order today instead and somehow discount the price and I was told that the order needed to be treated as a brand new order! IT WASN 19T a brand new order.
