My wife's attorney kept holding things up in court with one change after another. Kerry knew every angle to keep them from taking me through the ringer. Not only did I NOT have to give them everything they were asking for, but I received custody of my 2 children. She has to live less than 100 miles from the kids for our visitation agreement and I get to make the decisions when it comes to their schooling and over all health.

In response to the last post, why did it take someone 2 years to come back and write something negative?? I just can't see attorney Rafanelli being anything but the best. He gave me reassurance and confidence through one of the most difficult times in my life.

I had attorney rafanelli represent me a couple years ago in a divorce with my ex-wife. I was not happy with the way I was treated and I told him about it when I left. I had my wife's attorney tie up the few loose ends. I may not be the brightest guy and might have needed extra guidance, but I was paying alot of money,. more than most attorneys charge. Specifics; he was late for every appointment, by an hour at times. Once he never showed up in the office and his secretary had to reschedule the appointment for me. On a couple of occasions he talked about me and the case with my wife when she stopped by teh office which I found out he should not have been doing. He hardly ever returned phone calls. when i did meet with him he was often preoccupied with other things or his cell phone. he was not very nice to the girls in his office and at the time of my divorce he was fighting with the o ther attorney in the office who had been his girlfriend in the past. when we were in court i felt he was not taking my case seriously and was joking around. that was my experience for what its worth.
