I had my carpets cleaned by green clean about 2 months ago, about a week ago,I noticed 2 areas where the spots seemed to be coming back. i know they claim to have a one year warranty,but in todays society, i didnt know what to expect. when i called, i explained what was happening they said they would send out a technician to check it out! when he arrived i expected him to try to charge me extra. he looked at the two spots and brought his hoses in and cleaned the spots, also i was impressed that he wore covers on his shoes when he walked through my home!! after he was finished i thought of course he would hand me a bill but instead he gave me another bussiness card with his name on it.and told me if i have anymore issues just call the office and mention his name. HOW REFRESHING!!!! I lost his 1st business card, but i wont lose this one, thats for sure. Thanks Green Clean.

I had greenclean out to my home yesterday to have my carpet and sofas cleaned my dog has been sick the last few weeks and has been peeing on the carpets, had another company out here last week and they cleaned the carpets and they smelled worst! i noticed a ad from greenclean that said pet odor removal guarntee!! when i spoke to them i was suspect that they would not be able to remove the urine odor. after speaking with the young lady in the office she assured me that they give a one year warranty on the pet urine, also my money would be refunded if they couldnt help me.. the young man that came to my home was very understanding of my situation and was more cocerned with my dogs health, which surprised me! i say this because ive never had a service person not walk in with a gleam of money in his eye. its was very nice anyways billy the cleaner in my home explained why the previous company couldnt remove the odor because they used a deodoriser and they should have used a sanitizer. long story short two days later my carpets look fantastic, and smell great! i am really pleased with greenclean that i called and left a message for the owner letting him know how much i apreciate there service... Thank You!!!
