Direct Communications

Anytime I've had a problem and had to speak with Diane not only is she rude and a unknowledgeable herself, she will not give me the numbers to connect to tech support so that I can speak with someone that could help. I found the number on my own just to have them come out and tell me that its the weather or something else is going on that they don't know. Problems that my husband has had to troubleshoot on his own then tell them about. I have tried repeatedly to get in touch with Diann`s boss to no avail. She has an attitude of not only not caring to address the issues you are having, but to then expect you to pay exorbitant fees on top of the already high prices or she just shuts off your service. It then takes DAYS to push the button to turn it back on simply from what I could conclude that she did not like me personally. This has been an ongoing issue since we have had the service. Not much is offered in our area so they have a bit of a monopoly and take advantage of that fact. Dianne herself however is the reason I have chose to say anything. Her ignorance and rudeness are beyond tolerable.

The service cut in and out and then we had no service. Techs came out and blamed the weather. After having no service for an extended time they sent us a bill. I called and spoke with Diane and said why do I have to pay when you have not given me service. This is all verifiable by the technician who told me they should not have me pay for service I did not have. Diane insisted I pay or she will shut me off. HELLO did you not hear me. I have no service!!!! Good luck trying to find her boss. So I refused to pay for not having service and they send me to collection and charge me 200.00 broken contract fee. Utah broadband works great in Eagle mountain and is cheaper. Never had a problem.
