Do yourself a favor and go to a driving school in Redmond or Monroe if you can!

Over priced (they charge for every single thing including the 'free' hand book from the DOL). Very nice people but not very well organized. Poor follow through and has anyone there ever heard of email? Yeah, that's right ... would help if emails were answered and phone calls returned. My son did pass the class and got his license but considering the cost is $500+, this place could do way better!

A few weeks ago, my sister was scheduled to have her driver's test here. She was secheduled to have her driver's test on a Tuesday (a typical work day) at 12:00 pm. We arrived ten minutes early so my sister could begin her driver's test on the dot. We waited for a WHOLE HOUR in front of the academy for the driver's examiner to come before we got fed up of waiting and left. Nobody showed up and none of the instructors answered their phone when we called them. They gave us no reasonable excuse as to why any of the instructors never showed up. According to my sister, this is not the first time they have stood her up whether it be just a lesson or an exam. They wasted both my time and my sister's time. They are very unprofessional and never prompt. Don't waste your money here. Take your child to another driver's school in the area.

Wonderful, friendly staff willing to be accommodating and help with any needs. Personable, casual, and laid back people.
