Steer clear of Kiron Sleep and Dr. Soo! I am a well-educated man and Dr. Soo spoke to me as if I were an idiot. When I asked him questions about my condition and his diagnosis, he got irritated as if I was wasting his time. Also, he barks orders at his staff in the same belittling tone of voice. The office manager, which I believe is his wife, is just as rude. I will NEVER go back nor recommend Dr. Soo/Kiron Sleep Lab.

Visiting Michael Soo was one of the worst experiences I could ever fathom as a patient. He was extraordinarily rude, unprofessional, and inconsiderate. When asked what a specific term meant he replied with "Look it up in the dictionary." He furthermore came across as condescending and insulting to a patient's intelligence. I am surprised as a medical professional myself that he is still in practice. I know where I work someone as himself would never get away with such behavior and would be fired immediately.
