A pleasure to do business with!! I called for an appointment request to Global Care for on Sunday night and received a confirmation reply -- and an estimate -- first thing Monday morning. Before my appointment, someone called to verify everything. I left my car the night before, and they called the next morning with a diagnosis and another more specific estimate. They called to say the work was done by mid-afternoon. Beautiful!
Next to having the work done well, I appreciated their attention to detail and service, no time wasted, everyone whom I talked to knew about my car and me. It goes beyond adequate service to be exceptional service!
