        Overall

        Suddenly no furnace heat the day before Thanksgiving! Legacy HCR (over 40 yrs of experience) helped analyze the most probable cause on the phone while traveling to another job and promised to try to get this most likely part from their supplier as soon as possible (if they didn't have it in the truck). They promised to come on this day before Thanksgiving even if it meant working long after hours which it did. Job done. Heat back on!!
