Cedar Networks

Be prepared to be held hostage. When Cedar could not deliver reliable Internet to us, it was always our fault. We worked with them for months to try to get things sorted out. Somehow it was always our fault. We were paying 5 times the cost of cable to be told that we were the problem. Strangely the other Cedar customers we talk to report similar experiences. Here’s the rub, a few months shy of our contract end, we now owe Cedar $750 to cancel the contract that they did not live up to. Unbelievable, unprecedented and unacceptable. I am not a fan of negative reviews on the Internet, but I hope you do not repeat our experience.
