Bert's Automotive...What can I say... Being new to the area I found them online after much worry and doubt about finding a mechanic I could trust. Despite the one negative review online, I trusted my instincts and called. From the beginning the boys at Berts were professional and courteous. The work was done quickly (a new starter on my 99 Bonneville) and a lesser cost than originally quoted. Joe, btw, has beautiful blue eyes and a wonderful demeanor. I will most definitely be taking my vehicle to them for other maintenance that needs to be done, minor and major, and would highly recommend them.
