Provided by DexKnowsI needed four trade show banners. I sent Ben high resolution photos. He turned them around in a little over a week. I really appreciated the effort. Unfortunately, he used the low resolution images that I sent for a demonstration of a layout. I told them that they looked awful. He told me if I didn't like them I didn't need to take them. That it was my fault that I sent poor quality pictures. I went back to work and rechecked my emails. I did in fact send high quality images. In fact, they were from a stock photo website. Although they had the ability to reprint them, and correct their mistake, they refused. So now I am stuck with banners that look awful for a trade show next Monday. Luckily I found a place that was willing to print them for me by Wednesday. Don't use Advantage Emblem unless you don't care about the quality or you have time to have them reprinted somewhere else when they don't turn out to be what you expected.
