Paul Bennett Studio

I purchased a Groupon to Paul Bennett's Studio on 4/16 and have called them literally 12 times since then to schedule an appointment. Paul Bennett does not have a secretary, only a voicemail, so I have left them message after message (always during normal business hours) requesting that they return my call and listing my availability for the upcoming weeks. Still nothing.



This has been the most frustrating experience, I have never seen such poor customer service IN MY LIFE. I needed a haircut 3 weeks ago and had been putting it off to use this Groupon. After calling a dozen times and hearing nothing, I finally gave up and got a haircut elsewhere. I would never have made this purchase if I knew they were so understaffed and unprofessional. I am requesting a full refund back to my credit card for this wasted Groupon. Save your time and $, go elsewhere!

I always leave the salon feeling great and I always am asked, “where do you get your hair cut, the color is so pretty and the cut looks great” Paul Bennett Salon is a nice, comfortable atmosphere, and everyone is so friendly and make you feel very welcome. The prices are affordable and provide a full menu of services.

I have been a client of Paul Bennetts for the last 16 years. From color, hilights, or cut, I never have to worry because I know it will look good. I have referred many clients to Paul over the last 16 years and all have been very satisfied with his work.
