Atlanta Surplus and Auction

Would have been a good auction but after 3 hrs when I had nothing else I wanted to bid on I paid and asked to get my two pieces of merchandise that would fit in my hand. They said I had to wait until compltetely over before picking up merchandise. I was held hostage for $30 of products. And of course when I then said I wanted a refund because I did not want to be there another 1 - 2 hours they said not allowed. Everything about their polocies was posted but that. I will never be back and plan to spread the word to everybody. They need to put policies on the wall, the form we sign to get a number and the form at checkout. And even though I asked about reserves at the beginning of auction and the I quote the auctioneer said no we will sell at least one of everything today. Well guess again that also was not true. I have been to many auctions over the past 30 years and I have never been held hostage as I was today 8 27 11.
