I want to Give Vincent in claims more than five stars , Vincent is very proffessional and really knows his job well . He was very knowledgeable about the type of damage done to one of my properties. He was very fair and honest with my claim and was very helpful in getting me phone numbers of proffessional and honest contractors to repair the damage. I have to say what a Stellar company Dryden Mutual Insurance is and also want to add the sales agent Samantha M.
and Vinny Out of the Dryden office. Was very helpful and knowledgeable to answer some of my questions. Really all who ever ever answered the phone at this company have been a delightful to speak with, In this day and age it's a joy to speak to competent people who get the job done and provide great coverage for my needs.

I am a past customer of Dryden Mutual Ins. co.
Due to terrible customer service, I will never deal through this company again.

I cancelled my insurance with Dryden, yet the company continued to charge me for the following month without notifying me nor sending a bill, proceeding to send a bill of that month ($6) to collections.
When I called to resolve this with Dryden their customer service was terrible and careless of the issue.

AWFUL company

I used to be a customer of theirs and just had a terrible experience with them. I'm not going to get into the specifics of the claim or anything because that's not the real part for this review. While I do feel slighted by them, that's not why I'd go online and feel obligated to tell people about them. When I called to follow up on their decision and to question it I spoke with a man named SAM CRISALLI and was absolutely verbally abused by this person. A screaming manager raving on the phone to me. Then when I went on to question a policy of theirs he (literally) SCREAMS at me "You don't know me, you don't know this company, you don't know anything about us!" WTF?! How the hell do you say that to a customer who's trying to understand a situation? If that is the situation, and considering I've been a customer for several years so how could I not know about their company (????), but even if it was.... then help describe the situation to the person and your reason rather than absolutely screaming at them that they know nothing.

I also want to mention that once we filed a claim we were never able to get a hold of our agent Erin Flyn (spelling?). Every single time I tried to call, and it was literally every 30 minutes a day for a week, she was "on the phone do you want her voicemail?" I finally gave up and asked to speak with another living breathing human being and was connected to this Sam Crisalli guy.

In summary I'm not upset with the fact that they didn't cover our claim, that kinda stinks but I'm a business owner I understand. But the fact that they went way out of their way to avoid having to even deal with the claim, and then after the decision decided to verbally berrade me for even asking why is just embarrasing.
