Spirit Gear Plus

I would not recommend this business. I place an order on Jan. 28, they cashed my check on Feb. 4 and as of March 27 I still don't have my merchandise. We have tried stopping by but they are always closed. Left countless voice messages that have not been returned. Sign in the window now says to email for an appointment. I have emailed several times and still no reply. Best advise...don't pay until your merchandise is in your hand.

I ordered spirit gear for our high school last month and it is now under new ownership. I was thoroughly impressed with the new owners and the FANTASTIC service that I received. It was such a welcomed relief. The store was open when they stated it would be and everyone there went out of their way to help. I got my items on time (actually earlier than promised) also, a great improvement from prior owners and everything was perfect.

clearly a business that understands customer service. i just finished placing a rather large order for a local university and was worried it would be a nightmare. It turns out the ordering process was smooth and effortless. i felt confident when i walked out that the order would go with out a hitch. i have already received much of the order ahead of schedule and everything looks great. they have my business in the future. Laura i believe was the sales persons name......top notch, and very nice.

The owner of this establishment has a thing or two to learn about customer service. Find another place to have your screenprinting and embroidery done. Spirit Gear Plus will be out of business if they continue to treat their customers so poorly.
