Blockbuster

The store manager is a big ox, he was very rude to my teenage daughter. She told me he made her uncomfortable when he kept trying to get closer to her while showing her a movie and touching her shoulder. Hes crude, disorderly, and uncaring about his job. Upon speaking to the district manager, I noticed that he was even worse with his customer relations and basically called my daughter a liar and she asked for it. Disgusting. I stopped going to Blockbuster altogether.



Pros: One or two people working there are kind of nice, but that does not save this store.



Cons: Everything. The price to rent a movie is over $5 now, you can just stay home and get the same movie on your cable for less! Or spend a few more bucks and experience it on a giant screen! The candy is theatre-expensive, the staff is not knowledgable of classic films, appearance wise-its always dirty (not just this store either!), they never have anything you want in stock, they charge 2.00 PER DAY that the movie is late. REDICULOUS!!!
