I have had my garage doors serviced a number of times for tune ups and the occasional repair. The folks at Innovative Garage Door provide outstanding service. They are timely and arrive when they say they will. I highly recommend them for any garage door needs.

I had a garage door emergency on a Sunday and Andy from Innovative was there in

an hour. He was very thorough and meticulous. He did more than he had to do and I was so impressed. He was also friendly and forthcoming with answers to my many questions. The charges were very reasonable. I will need a new garage door soon and without any hesitation, Innovative and Andy will have my business.

I had a door that was very old and I knew it was definitely time to look into getting a new one. Mike came out with samples and brochures that were very helpful in my decision making. He also helped us decide on a cheaper door that looked just like the more expensive one we were looking into. Mike was a lot of help and they installed my door a few weeks later. I was very pleased with the service I received.

My spring was broken and my car was stuck inside my garage, so I needed a company to come out as soon as possible. The guys came out the day I called and I was very pleased. I have had Mike from Innovative Garage Door come to my house twice now - both times have been in less than 30 degree weather. He will come out in any weather - rain or shine! Anytime I have to call Mike, he fits me into his schedule within 24 hours. Both times he came out, I only needed minor repairs, so he was in and out very quickly. Mike is knowledgeable and communicates exactly what needs to be done in order to properly maintain your garage door and mechanical system. I'm very pleased with his professionalism and he's very easy to work with. I will call him each and every time I have an issue.

I contacted Innovative Garage Door on the reccomendation of my Father. The remote opener was not working consistently, even after changing the battery. Well it turns out it was a bad battery, but they checked the door operation and oiled everything. The door hadn't been looked at in years so was good to have the maintenance done. The technician arrived promptly for the appointment, was courteous and knowlegable in answering questions about door operation.

Innovative Garage Door installed my new door and I couldnt of been more satisfied. The night my door broke down was a little dissapointing in trying to find someone that I felt was reliable. It did teach me all about garage doors. By the end of the evening I had narrowed it down to the type and style of door I was looking for. The next morning I choose 3 installers I found in the yellow pages to call. This was preceeded by first viewing their web page. It was early and Innovative was the first one to call me back. I talked to the owner Mike and he came out within the next couple of hours to look things over. He answered all my questions and showed me variations on manufactures of doors and explained in detail specifications and features. With Mike's help I selected the Hormann door. I wasnt disappointed. The door was ordered to specifications that I asked for and installed within 2 weeks time. The 2 man crew was professional and the installation only took about 2 hours. They cleaned up everything and hauled the old door sections away. And to boot I will be receiving a 30% energy tax credit for my new insulated door. I would not hesitate to recommend Mike and his crew at Innovative to anyone. Great job Mike!

I had Innovative Garage Door install a new garage door opener for me about 2 years ago and recently the safety sensor started acting up on me and prevented me from closing the garage door with the remote. After reading the instruction manual, I couldn't figure out how to fix it so I called the company back for a service appointment. Mike came out and just re-aligned one of the sensors and all was fixed, just like that. It was very nice that I was not charged for the service call since it was a pretty quick fix, and appreciate the time and energy it took to come out to provide a solution. I will defnintely continue to use Innovative Garage Door for all future garage service needs and highly recommend this company to others. Thanks, Mike!

Mike, the owner, is very knowledgeable, responds quickly and is reasonably priced. We have a very old and decrepit garage door. The cables have snapped and springs have broken. We know we need a new door, but need to fit it into the family budget. Mike has taken care of these problems and has not pushed us into purchasing a new garage door. He knows how life is! He has spent the time educating us on the benefits of a new door without the sales pressure. He has made every effort to keep this old garage door as safe as possible for our family.

My son who is a teacher and lives in the western suburbs locked himself out of his garage. He lives in a condo complex where your garages are one long single row so you only have access through the over head door. A lock smith came out and broke the lock on the door that would have tripped the electric opener. I called a company that I have used for years in the south suburbs and gave them my sons phone number. My son received a message that my company would have to charge him an extra $100.00 to come to the western suburbs and it would be two days before he was able to come out to assess the job. It would take at the most 25 minutes to get to my sons home, a straight shot on 355. Mind you I just spent $8,000 two months ago with this company. My son told me about this and I told him I would take care of getting a local company out. I found Innovative on the internet and called after hours and left a message. Scott called me the next morning bright and early. He was on his way to a job but took my cell number and said he would call when finished and come out to my sons. About one hour later he was their and figured out how to get into the garage without breaking down the door or removing a panel to get in. I asked him to install a key pad which he had in the truck. I was wowed by the service I received and Scott was very nice. I would definitely recommend this company. My son went to a Condo meeting last night and told his association about what a good experiance he had with Innovative. He was asked to give the association all of this company's information so that in the future they could recommend Innovative.

These guys are great. Show up on time, provide exceptional service with quality products. Not to mention, extremely kind and personable. I recommend them to anyone that needs new doors, openers or service.

It was by chance (or was it?) that we found this company. We were set to sign a contract with Costco to get a different door. The internet is a powerful tool to use, but even Google didn't bring up the Hormann garage door when we typed in 'what is the best garage door to buy?'

To make a long wonderful story SHORT, let just just say this: Innovative Garage Door is an amazing company. Mike Stary, the owner, couldn't have been better. The two workers that came with him (sorry, I can't remember your names) were hard-working, fun and professional. Yes, you can be FUN 'and' professional! Kudos to the secretary who answered the phone on my initial contact, because she's the one who really sold me on the door. I never did go to the showroom to see the actual door, but I thoroughly investigated on the Hormann website and loved what I read. Interestingly enough, the door was NOT much more $ than the one I was going to get through Costco but is a far superior door with an amazing warranty.

So we say THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU and to anyone who has any concern or doubts about going with this company, we truly know you won't have regrets.
