Discussed and was treated very rudely, unprofessional, and left really insulted as I was sure that realized they made a huge mistake... I won’t get into specific details, but if you have a high-end car like a Mercedes, Jaguar, Bentley, or Audi I would strongly advise you take your car and your business elsewhere as they do NOT take it seriously here... I’m sure they’re a great place to have an oil change done, but after reading reviews from others seem to struggle with mechanicals...Even with the first car they fixed for me, it was “ok” at best... The service writer clearly had no idea how to discuss the cars issues & clearly I was lucky I knew cars... I know know better than to come here and hopefully you now do as well... It looks like the business ownership changed & a sad sign of the times... The new owner “Adam” is very rude and unprofessional, he will try and explain himself and only make the situation worse.BE WARNED !!!STAY AWAY !!!

Auto Maintenance
So great service work appointments I was determined to find a group of professional Mechanical Technicians who take pride and who are passionate in there high quality work, a place can you can trust!!!I was advised by the dealership that in addition to some normal service and maintenance, I needed some very expensive drive train parts replaced which thankfully for Helmut and Vito’s it turned out not to be true!!!I saved some hard earned money, found some good people to do business with and I highly recommend you check this place out for your auto maintenance service and repair work!!!Kindest RegardsJoe
