Accurate Insulation

To start, this review is ""ONLY"" regarding the installation of guttering by Accurate Insulation. There "INSUALTION" team, did a great job on our new home, ALL of the insulators were more than friendly to work with & deserve 5 stars, HOWEVER, this company also installs guttering & down spouts- this review is about "THE INTEGRITY OF THIS COMPANY'S GUTTERING INSTALLATION.!
I think this company should be reported to the attorney general’s office for what they have done to a senior citizen (me).
Built a new home last year. Accurate was hired for BOTH insulation and gutters/down spouts.
Two Accurate installers did the gutters, gave the guys an extra $20 (cash), to ensure a better job. I noticed that they were NOT placing caulk between the gutters and (4) inside corners, which is a common practice to prevent leaks. Installer assured they did. About a Week later, during a 'moderate' rain storm, the inside corners POURED rain water OUT OF THE bottoms. Builder promptly took a video & sent it to Accurate. Accurate sent the same guy back out - who blamed it on "the other guy" & said - he would make it right. He placed SO MUCH CAULK on the inside corners that,it would need to fill up nearly an 1" before draining
Weeks later- next moderate rain & AGAIN the corners were leaking. AGAIN, the builder called Accurate. 2 new guys, removed the inside corners (see pics) and replaced them. Due to knee replacement surgery I've been unable to access the roof for months, but, on September 13, I was able to get on the roof finding a SHEET METAL GUTTERING SCREW THAT was 'DELIBERATELY' SCREWED INTO THE SHINGLE OF MY NEW ROOF (see pics)! Plus an installer smeared the "WHITE" epoxy type compound used, on my black shingles at the outside corner. Poor & lazy workmanship!
Think LONG & HARD, before using this company for your guttering needs! This is NO WAY to treat a senior citizen & Accurate should be ashamed! I've installed gutters before old age caught up and this is NOT how it is done.
