The Heirway Christian Academy is a coeducational institution that provides academic classes and extracurricular activities to more than 150 students in kindergarten through grade 12. Established in 1998, it organizes a range of athletic activities that includes baseball, basketball, volleyball and cheerleading. The school conducts college preparatory sessions, as well as offers classes in religious studies, history, science, math, social science, economics, reading, and health and physical education. It serves a selection of lunch items. The Heirway Christian Academy is a member of the Association of Christian School International and the Georgia Independent School Association. It has a parent association committee that provides financial assistance to the school by organizing various fundraising events and activities. The school is accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission. The Heirway Christian Academy is located in Douglasville, Ga.
