I was ignored at the front desk on July 6, 2016, around 11:30 a.m. I walked in and was not greeted; the receptionist did not say "hello", "welcome to the office" or anything. She did not say one word to me. She looked at me and turned her head. I should have walked out, but I stayed because I read positive postings about the doctor. I waited while she checked out a patient. As I stood there, she answered the phone, answered the caller's questions and even filled out an intake form. I could not believe it! She saw me standing there yet continued the call like I didn't matter. I was so upset that I finally left. I hope Dr. Park and the staff sees this post. I deserved better treatment. She knows what she did and I hope she has to explain her actions. She lost my business.
