America's Best Contacts And Eyeglasses

I purchased two pairs of Glasses since August 23, 2016. I received one pairs about two weeks and some days later that was defective. They replaced it and gave me another one a week later that is still cutting my circulation in the back of my head. I called them several time to know when I will have the second pairs. I called them several time and they kept telling me very rude " NOT THERE YET". Today is October 05, 2016, I'm still waiting. Not even once they called me to let me know what is going on. CUSTOMERS BEWARE these people care about getting the money from the you after that you get no respect.
I should have known better the way they behaved with their customers when I was there.

The second pairs that was more expensive have been missing. I called them several time to know when the second pairs are coming and they kept telling me not yet and they can't tell when I will have the glasses. Today is October 05, 2016, I'm still waiting. Customers beware, these people don't care about their customers. I should have known better the way they behaved with their customers when I was there.

I would like to say I had the best experience in your store over the weekend. I apologize I don't know the doctor's name he's been doing it for over 20 years. However he took such good care of my child who's had high blood pressure sensor a toddler. He thoroughly checked her eyes I was amazed how caring he was with her. Both of my daughters had a wonderful experience I've been does a competitor in the Douglasville mall it was horrible there when I came into America's best I was in and out within an hour ordering for sets a glasses. I left there cheaper the news in my insurance at the competitor office at the Douglasville mall. From now on America's best will have our business. Also would like to say the staff greeted us friendly thank you for making my experience wonderful.

Incompetent Front Desk Staff



The Front Desk staff is INCOMPENTE. After waiting 7-10 days to receive my contacts that I had to call to make sure had arrived. I come to the store to pick them up and the front desk lady acting stupid and starts whispering with some returns and tell me my contacts were reordered. I inquired why she said she did not know, and so someone who suppose to be the manager comes

over and tells me that someone was suppose to phone me this morning because they gave my contacts to the wrong customer and they were opened and now I have to wait another 7-10 days.

I never been to this place before but thought for 100.00 get 3 years eye exam free, Made a appointment for 10.00am, Thought I might be late, Call the staff said I can not be over 5 min late. Got there at 9.55 am, Then after you fill the information form out, which is too small print for people to see, Found that funny when you are in a eye place.

Firdt they send you to a room for a first exam, and try to get you sign something where they will watch if you have any problems, which is not in the 100.00, and will be extra 40.00

I left at 11.00 am still was not seen bt doctor, a woman was before me, They want tou to be there on time but do not care about wasting your time,

Went to the walmart east west connecter, Doctor took me in after 5 min wait, Gave me contact lens to wear and some to take home, plus a free eyeglass RX , All was around 70.00
