This doctors office is the worst one I have stepped foot in!!From the rude check in ladies that act like they hate life to the doctors who dont care a thing about their patients!!Its so sad that it is hard to find a good doctor who actually cares!!I will nevvvver go here again!I wouldnt even give them a 1 star!

The staff don't have a clue what they are doing. The radiologist tech performs X-rays without protective clothing, I had to ask for it, and then the radiologist could not read the X-ray, so I had to do another X-ray. Also, the radiologist tech (aka "princess") wears a mask even though I was not under airborne precaution. I was there for over 3 hours! I can hear every word being said about me and they were reading diagnosis off Web MD and searching other websites and calling doctors trying to figure out what to do. Really scary that these people are practicing medicine.

I cut my head on metal roof. I arrived at 11:30 AM and was greeted immediately signed in within five minutes. I was asked to wait. They called my name within 10 min. I was examined by the nurse, given a tetness shot and was seen by the doctor within ten min. and bandaged and out of there 10 min. Outstanding staff and outstanding service.

Worst experience I've ever had with a Doctor's Office! I will NEVER step foot in this place again. I went there because I couldn't sleep... so the doctor gives me a medication used to treat Nausea and Itching????? I didn't itch and I wasn't nauseated, but I still didn't sleep! The next day I called back and told them that I still didn't sleep and the Doctor then prescribed a medication for Anxiety and Depression??????????? Well....I'm fairly calm and I don't seem to be depressed, but I STILL HAVEN'T SLEPT!!!!!!! I'm not even bothering calling back again today because who in the heck knows what medication I'll get next. This place is TERRIBLE! DO NOT waste your time and money going to Primecare of Dothan because they have no idea what they are doing!

I've been to primecare several times and i have to say that they take way too long to assist patients. I dont know if its the lack of doctors and nurses but patients are waiting 25-35 mintues to be sent to a room where they now have to wait another 15-20 minutes before even having a physician see them. I believe that is just not fit, especially when like myself you are paying cash for everything you are having checked that day.
